include room, board and tuition for
all classes. Participants
under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by
an adult.
All applications postmarked by 2/15/08 will be included in the lottery.
Fees:
Adults and Teens (age 12 and
older)— $800
Children age 4-11 — $700
Children under 4 — free

Priority postmark deadline is February 15, 2008. Up to six people may apply together on one application, and all the people on a given application would be accepted together. The primary contact person on your application, who should also be an applicant, will be notified of the acceptance results for everyone on the application within a couple of weeks of the application deadline. All primary contacts will be notified via email unless they cannot be reached by that means, so be sure to set your email account so that any messages from hcmuir@mindspring.com will not be intercepted by spam filters.
If the number of applicants exceeds the campfs capacity, a random drawing will be conducted to assign an order to the list
of applicants. Those who are not accepted immediately will be placed on a waiting list. Results will be announced by March 15th.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• Full refund of deposit for cancellation by April 1st
• No refund of deposit after April 1st
• Full payment is due May 1st , no refunds after that date
Scholarships:
Scholarships are available for those needing tuition assistance. To obtain information about the program and a scholarship application, go to Scholarships. Note that the deadline for scholarship applications for the Sierra Fiddle Camp is March 1st.
