Prices include room, board and tuition for

Teens: (age 12 to 16): $1050
Children (age 4 to 11): $950

In April, all those accepted to camp will be sent an e-mail letter (sent to the primary contact person on the application) that contains a great deal of information about camp, and a bill for the balance of the camp fees; final payment will be due May 1st.
Please include a deposit of $100 for every person on your application aged 4 or over (list the names of those under age 4
on the application, though they attend camp free of charge). You may pay your deposit in one of two ways:
If you enter your credit card info on the form, your card will be charged only for the deposit (plus any donation you choose to give). You will have an opportunity to authorize payment of your balance by credit card at a later date.
Send a check to AFSFC, P.O. Box 219, Nevada City, CA 95959. Your check must arrive within one week or your application’s submission, or the date of your application will be moved to the date your check arrives.

All communications regarding camp will be via e-mail (unless you cannot be reached by that means), so be sure to set your e-mail account so that any messages from firstname.lastname@example.org will not be intercepted by spam filters.

Notification of financial aid awards has been extended to May 1st.
The deadline for full refund of deposit for cancellations is now May 15th.
Final payment due MAY 15th. No refunds after MAY 15th unless we can fill your place(s) at camp; the deposit will remain non-refundable after May 15th.
Any applicant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian designated by the parent. Minors who will have an unrelated guardian must go through the lottery with that guardian, and they should indicate the name of the guardian on the application form.
Financial aid is available for those who need it. Click here for information and forms. If you are applying for financial aid, you must submit both an application to camp and a financial aid application – acceptance to camp is not dependent on financial status. Note that the deadline for accepting financial aid applications is April 1st – the application and all supporting materials must be received by that date; we are unable to accommodate late applications for financial aid.
