Forms for All Campers

Before May 1, 2008, all campers must download and fill out the 'General Liability Waiver' and the 'Return Form,' and return them along with your check for the balance due to: Alasdair Fraser’s Sierra Fiddle Camp, P.O. Box 219, Nevada City CA  95959.
